Full of Omega-3s, the fish fare at Le Marly is first in the city to be exclusively Ocean Wise-certified. Another plus? A menu that changes weekly to feature the best in local produce.
We devoured the mille feuille ($9) of grape tomatoes, mozzarella and fig balsamic, then an asparagus salad ($8) with riopelle cheese in a crispy nest. Then we sampled from the selection of sustainable seafood, including a shrimp risotto ($22) with crustacean broth and a seared sea bass ($23) with potatoes in a red wine sauce.
With full bellies, we have our own buzz word to add to the list: delicious.
