Having our cake and eating it too is something that comes naturally to us. Literally. Except instead of turning us into a certain fat actress, our cake keeps us looking more like a booty-licious rap-star. See, our cake (actually it’s more like a mini-loaf) contains no eggs, white flour, white sugar, refined fillers or evil oils. And the taste? Stars beyond any other - thanks to the creative, healthy folks at New Moon Kitchen. Ironically, it was the cookie - the Ginger Snapper in fact, that first got us hooked. But soon after, we discovered New Moon’s mini-loaves, and let’s just say that snack-time has never been the same. Just ask our freezer.

We can't get enough of the ‘Nana bread’, made with ripe, golden bananas and Belgian chocolate. But nothing beats the ‘Bunny bread’ that’s got us crazy for carrots, with plump, delicious raisins. Same goes for New Moon’s cookies. They have a scrumptious variety (think mocha, mint-chocolate and more), but it's the ‘Bite Me’ filled with sesame and sunflower seeds, that's long replaced our empty-calorie ‘power-bar’.

Healthy, tasty treats - without the guilt. One bite, and soon you too will be saying ‘See Ma, no more carrots! I even ate the raisins too.’
