If there’s a dining concept we can get behind, it’s gourmet comfort.
It’s this combination of relaxed yet gourmet, that makes chef Michael Noble’s new signature restaurant NOtaBLE, well, notable. Alumni of both the original Iron Chef and Bocuse d’Or World Cuisine Competition, we knew that we were in for a treat.
The menu, structured with smaller portions for sharing, meant we had fewer tough decisions. We started with the delicate House-Cured Duck Prosciutto ($12) and the rich Fiocchi Noodles ($12) with Cambozola, and continued with the Pulled Chicken Sandwich ($15) with natural cured bacon.
But the true star of the meal came at the end: Chef Noble’s signature dessert, the divine Stilton Cheesecake bruléed with rhubarb compote ($9).
