VILLAIN: Sushi Chef John Lee (do not mistake him for Omi chef with same name)

ACCOMPLICES: Worked for one year with Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto (yes, Iron Chef, so Lee must be good!); also, any graduate of Lee’s monthly sushi class (don’t sign up unless you have dinner guests to impress)

WEAPONS: Master of knives

PREFERRED KILLING METHODS: use of top quality ingredients comparable to Nobu and Morimoto in Philly (example: natural ginger rather than that pink-dyed stuff) and his Sashimi Salad (deadly)

NOTES: Take-out and catering only, lounge coming soon
