Our Anglophile friends are only too happy to let us know our tea-brewing skills leave something to be desired (apparently the British are better at boiling). 
So we're kicking out the kettle, and getting our daily green tea quota with Sencha Naturals Green Tea Bars ($3.99).
New to Canadian shelves, each tasty, all-natural bar equals 3 cups of the antioxidant-rich brew. Picking between Original flavour, Lively Lemongrass or Delicate Pear (with actual glacéd pears listed among the easy-to-recognize ingredients), we're getting 9g of protein, 3g of fibre and an easy-to-incorporate 220 calories. Add to that the vegan, gluten-free, whole food and wheat-free labels and we can't find a nutrition-savvy friend who wouldn't love these chewy treats.
It makes the perfect counterpart to all those Cadbury Flake chocolate bars we've been ordering from Candy Aisle.
