Pure Heaven

Flour-less, sugar-less, oil-free, fat-free. We’ve pretty much tried every guilt-free, cardboard-cookie out there. The verdict? It’s impossible to find something that’s truly healthy, moist and plump (other than our thighs). And then we found PURE.

This organic line of cookies comes in vegan, wheat-free and gluten-free varieties. With names like Chocolate Trip, Midnight Madness and Sweet Potato Pow, we were totally skeptical at first. But we took the bait (they’re organic after all), and we are so happy we did! Soft and chewy, moist and delicious - they taste suspiciously sinful to be considered healthy, but we’re sold!

Our personal favourite is the Hemp Trail Fix, containing organic rice flour, hemp flour, free range eggs, and a healthy blend of nuts with chunks of dark chocolate. We can’t help but check the ingredients over and over, to ensure they didn’t sneak in palm or hydrogenated oils (trust us, they haven’t).

Available in other delicious flavours, including Apple Temptation, Cocoa Overdose and Sinful Spice, all cookies are under 100 calories each, low in fat and provide a healthy source of carbs and protein.

At nearly $7.00 for a dozen, they’re not cheap – but for the sake of your thighs, they’re pure magic!
