Kiwi Oil

In our kitchen our products are worldly. We’ve got French truffles, Spanish paprika, Moroccan spices and Italian wine. And that’s just on the first shelf.
So when we heard that we could source more than kiwifruit, Vegemite and Sauv Blanc from the land-down-under, we cleared some space for New Zealand (yes, like its Aussie mate, the big NZ is on the down-low).
We’re talking about ilove olive oil. And our salads have never tasted more fresh because, like grapes, olives take on the flavours of the land from where they’re grown. (New Zealand’s are intensely fruity and herbaceous, resulting in oil that literally tastes like the lush green pastures the trees are grown in.)
We were transported to the southern hemisphere with every bite. And our cultural side was just as impressed by the newness of it all. Ahh, for the love of oil.
We’re applying our fashion philosophy to eating: We don’t wear the same thing every day, so why dress our salad with the same-old, same-old oil? Enough said.
