We may party like rock stars, but we only get high off of refined sugar. (We’ve been addicts since our first allowance, supplementing the habit with couch cushion coins soon thereafter.)

Though we haven’t outgrown our sweet tooth (or diving for loose change in the sofa), we have found a new place to score the sugary stuff. Candyaisle.com has become our favourite source of novelty chocolates, gummies and even Pez dispensers.
We love their selection of international treats. The foreign packaging adds sophistication to our British Polo mints ($1.99) and Australian chocolate-orange Jaffas ($5.99). And we’re intrigued by the salty warning given to their Dutch licorice.
The site (an online portal to the Vancouver-based store) is being updated, so we’re keeping our computer screens tuned as they add treats and features (we’re fans of the personalized ‘favorites’ function).
Until someone sends us to sugar rehab, we’ll be hanging out in the candy aisle...
