Which is why, after toiling in the office all day, we’ll be rewarding ourselves with cocktails and Asian-fusion plates at Blowfish on Bay, the second location of the sophisticated Asian-fusion restaurant.
The menu combines Blowfish favourites with new (and equally delicious) dishes, including the grilled-to-perfection spicy sa cha ribs ($18) and the rainbow flame makimono ($16) — think shrimp tempura, unagi, salmon and tuna. Our favourite new cocktail? The Caribou Crossing ($14), a mix of tequila, vodka/ice wine liqueur, lime cordial, grapefruit bitters, yuzu and jalapeno grapefruit syrup.
Next time we might actually skip work and go straight to playing.
