We love to travel, but sometimes a vacation in our own city is just what we need.
And with the relaunch of Victor Restaurant and Bar inside Hôtel Le Germain, we can rest our stylishly shod feet and enjoy Taste Toronto, a new locally inspired menu that changes weekly. We devoured the Chinatown-inspired pan-seared scallops with guy lan and black bean sauce and the Little India cauliflower and potato pakoras (starting from $14/plate)—in a completely ladylike manner, of course.
The redesigned space is sexy and stunning, with sleek, modern furnishings, ultra-high ceilings and a luxe vibe. We can’t wait to enjoy a meal in the new semi-private dining room.
Staycations are suddenly looking better and better.
