Sophisticated Japanese Fare at Hapa Umi

We like to have choices in most things, but even more so when it comes to food and drink.

That’s why we’re excited to add Hapa Umi to our list of favourites eateries. The fine-dining establishment is the newest member of the Hapa Izakaya franchise, designed in sophisticated style by M Studio (and comes with a stunning ocean view, might we add).

Oceanwise Dungeness crab in the California roll ($12.50) literally melted in our mouth, but it was the edamame ravioli ($12.50) that was a standout. We promptly (and happily) capped off the night with the refreshing Yuzu tart ($9).

When it comes to Japanese fine dining, our choice is crystal clear.
