The lunch special ($12) was a flavourful explosion for our tastebuds – yummy cabbage and apple salad, chicken noodle soup (with hearty chunks of chicken), and organic maple sausage with Dijon and Swiss cheese on homemade panini. Then we got lost in the variety of gluten-free items in the grocery store: everything from cookies to frozen meals to sausages – Louise has it all.
