Depending on how much time you have, there are two great options for getting a notice-me look that is classy, beautiful and not overdone.

If you have time to get glam: Create dramatic smoky eyes that make your eye colour "pop." Smoky plums will make blue, green & brown eyes stand out. A grey or blue hue will make the whites of the eyes appear whiter, which in turn makes your eye colour stand out more. This is an especially good trick after a long day, when you've got the red eye syndrome going on! Remember the eyes are the window to the soul – make them stand out, and you’ll stand out.

If you are time crunched: Sometimes, creating a dramatic smoky eye just isn’t an option. So go for the “wow” lips instead, that you can apply in a few quick seconds. Even if you are uber-tired, a rich, strong lip colour will make you feel great – and in turn, you’ll look great. Go with reds, fuchsia or rich plums, and your lips will be the talk of the town. Just remember layer, layer, layer! (And to keep those rich lips from smudging on your glass, give the rim a subtle lick before you take your first sip. It really helps to keep the colour from coming off!)
