And to get you started, Larry has developed the “Get on Track by Canada Day Eh Challenge”. Simply put, it is a 30-day challenge to start sculpting your summer body. No more excuses. No more dithering. It's time to get on track! It was designed to run from June 1st to Canada Day but pick any 30 day period and you’re good to go…so get going!

The Challenge includes a comprehensive training regimen for the next 30 days. You will also find a full nutritional plan, as well as the breakdown of your exercise workouts. You can download the challenge as well as the weekly exercise routines at www.trackfitness.com.

According to Larry, you can expect to lose a minimum of 10 pounds or 5% of your body fat, and with bikini season upon us, there’s no better time. And although we love all the sweet things in life, there’s nothing sweeter than feeling fit and looking fabulous!
