Omega-3 yogurts. Soy-infused chips. Green tea flavoured this, pomegranate that. Enough with the cross-breeding food trends. We want real food made from real food ingredients. Add on healthy, natural, pre-made, deliverable, customizable, affordable and delicious and we've got Daily Apple. daily appleWe flip for their spelt muffins; moist and oh-so tasty, we can't start our day without one (okay sometimes two). And when our schedule gets really busy, we opt for comfort meals like the shepherd's pie-esque Hugs n' Cous Cous (family: $18; personal: $10) with its yummy sweet potato crust and perfect medley of protein-rich chick peas and veggies. Followed by a Bits O Brownies ($11, bag of 24), we're in suppertime heaven (consider yourself warned).

We appreciate how we can custom order a week's worth of dishes like the Couch-Potato (potatoes smashed with garlicky broccoli, cauliflower and warm spices), Zesty Sunflower Dressing (makes our salads very creamy and happy) and Hot Chick Pasta (whole wheat rotini with chick peas and rapini) to be delivered to our door.

And with lifestyle services to the tune of yoga, nutritional coaching, enviro-friendly bath and cleaning products, we'll be on the road to health and wellness at first bite.
