There's something to be said for blind optimism, but let's face it: winter is just getting started. We've got at least 10 weeks of cold weather to get through before spring really starts to rear its pretty head. Luckily for us, nothing cures the January blues quite like a spot of retail therapy, and because so many winter clothes are on sale. we can spruce up our closets on a budget.
