Once upon a time, there was a girl with an endless desire for all things fashionable and sweet. But while her appetite for beauty and fantastic finds was seemingly infinite, her budget was most definitely not.
OK, so that girl is us. And while we try to keep ourselves in check with our pocketbook (and even try to save), we admit that we still feel the urge to splurge every so often. So when we caught wind of the new Joe Fresh Beauty line launching at Joe Fresh stores this month, we were happy to finally have the chance to feel like a princess without delving into pauper-dom. (And now that it's actually hitting shelves we wanted to spread the word.)
With a complete line of beauty products ranging from silky Light Weight Foundation ($6) to eye-opening Mascara ($6) to a super sheer Lip Gloss ($8) we were able to punch up our makeup collection (and our look) at an amazing price. And with other beauty fixtures like Brush Kits ($16) and a Manicure Kit ($10), updating our old beauty kit is a snap.
We also adore the minimalist packaging. Clear Eye Shadow ($4) and Lipstick ($6) containers let us know which hue we have on hand without peeking inside, while the pure white Cheek Tint sticks ($4) and bright Lip Crayons ($6) add a dash of sophistication to our makeup bag.
Add it all up and we’re set for any ball (or mere party)—no fairy godmother required.
