Cooling Down

We hate to be the bearers of bad fashion news, but flip-flops, bathing suits and short shorts are no longer acceptable seasonal attire...sigh. We've picked out some local finds to ease the transition into fall:

Walking on Sunshine
Gravity Pope is a shoe lover's paradise – especially with its freshly added table full of new fall boots and shoes. The Cunsi boots ($635) by Chie Mihara are delectable. (Forget walkin', these boots were made for struttin'.)

Covering up
With Calgary weather the way it is, we'd say it's about time to bring the sweaters out of storage – as well as add to the collection. Purr has them in spades; we picked up a short cardigan by Vero Moda ($65) that's cozy enough to make us wish for a chilly day.

Decorate Yourself
Funky, chunky and perfect for Fall, Bauxo accessories (rings, necklaces, bracelets) woke up our new wardrobe for just $25-$35 each.

Topping it off
No longer just a disguise to a horrifying hair day, hats are officially in. We fell for DeLux's new cozy knit designs – and at only $25 each we definitely couldn't walk out of Adorn Boutique with just one.
