The Calgary-based writer visited every corner of the province to put together this illustrated guide and has an idea for every occasion.

Restless? Rappel through Rat’s Nest Cave in Canmore.
Here in C-town, Ms. O’Meara came up with a few newbies for us -- the cute Angel’s Drive-in in Bowness and a beer-brewing course at Heritage Park.
