CRMR has launched the Chef’s Table – a series of interactive cooking classes ($100). Each two-hour session features one of their chefs demonstrating dishes from their eateries (which are famous for the sumptuous game dishes). Enjoy a full meal with wine pairings (done by Bin 905), as well as the cookbook Simple Treasures.
