Less is more is an oft-heard saying, but this isn’t always the case, especially when to comes to having selection (after all, what would Mario’s Gelati be sans 20 of their greatest flavours?)
Tara Hach, no stranger to the local fashion scene after spending her earlier years designing for the likes of Obakki and Karma Athletics, just opened The Hach (pronounced “hawk”) on Main Street, providing us fashion goodies in the form of new and vintage clothing, accessories and gift goods.
Like giddy schoolkids, we browsed the vintage kimonos ($100), Tvoja tees ($75), in-house line Meinrad Young (from $25) and PinPal paper dolls ($12), all hand-picked from Canada and Asia.
We couldn’t have asked for more.
