We’ve been getting lucky every single night.

And we’ve been sleeping like logs, too.
Our fine nights are courtesy of Lucky Bedding – the latest venture from Calgary’s own Sean Fillion. He got his start designing and selling “Skate & Surf” clothing in the 1990s, and has now launched into the home décor scene by putting his cool fabrics into products for the bedroom and bathroom.
We’re feeling punk in pink sheets with tiny skulls, and we’re big fans of the cream coloured set with popular tattoo images – demure, yet a tad naughty. Prices are $99.99 for twin, $139.99 for queen, and $149.99 for king sheet sets.
And the cozy fabrics guarantee sweet dreams. The duvet covers ($239-$249) are made from a deluxe 340-thread-count, triple-washed microfibre. (And they keep getting softer each time we wash them.)
We were so comfy in our new sheets that we couldn’t get out of bed in the morning. So we invested in the “Polka Sorbet” shower curtain ($49.99) with its fun, contemporary art design. Makes the morning shower much more appealing.
Lucky in the bedroom, lucky in the bathroom. There’s certainly something to be said for the skate and surf lifestyle.
