Ring a Ding Dish

Mark your calendars: Today is officially known as Tacky-Be-Gone Day. Although the country may be unaware of our efforts, every tossed tchotchke will make the world a less kitschy place. No He-Man lunchbox will be spared. No crocheted doily will go unturned.
As we make our way from the bedroom to our kitchen (heavily laden with armfuls of circa 1989 sweaters) we begin to purge the mermaid-themed stemware. Just as we’re about to dispose of the avocado green picnic set, we see it: The Ring Hand, the emblem of any suburban household. It’s time to be replaced with a Fawn Ceramics Little Ring Dishes ($8-14) instead.
Now, rather than resting our diamonds and rubies (but of course they’re all real!) on a retro dish resembling a severed hand near our kitchen sink, these handcrafted delights hold our precious rings on whimsical ceramic designs that look good (and match) in any kitchen.
We adore Fawn’s signature Caviar colour; its smooth sleek design is posh and understated. And thanks to each dish’s upturned edges, our precious cha-chas won’t go down the drain. Which is a good thing, considering tomorrow is officially Buy-More-Jewellery-to-Match-Our-Ring Day.
