We love our dozen purple calla lilies as much as the next woman, but sometimes, a little something extra is in order.
Step inside the recently opened Edible Arrangements, and your bouquets will come out smelling like, well, fruit. Instead of sitting on your table slowly wilting away, these delectable floral-inspired arrangements are designed to be tasted (and savoured).
We particularly enjoyed the Berry Chocolate Bouquet ($69-$209), complete with chocolate-covered strawberries, adorable pineapple daisies, and cantaloupe and grape ‘filler floral.’
An anniversary on the horizon? Suggest cancelling the order for red roses and babies breath (or boring box of chocolates), and hint at the Hearts and Berries ($49-$59) arrangement instead. The pineapple hearts and a mix of juicy strawberries took us well through the day. OK, we also threw in a box of milk or dark chocolate Dipped Apples and Strawberries ($39).
Just don’t expect to want to share.
