“Strawberry fields forever.” “...thrill on blueberry hill.” “...in a bed of roses.” We're crafting some fragrant lyrics of our very own since we discovered the luxuriousness of lavender.
With its new downtown location in The Bay, we no longer need to venture out to Fitch Bay for our yearly dose of Bleu Lavande's delicious Quebec-made body and household products. The crisp white boutique set the perfect backdrop for sensory pleasure as we sampled some of our favourite lavender goods.
We started with the Être collection, indulging our hands in luscious lavender cream ($19.50) while hydrating our pouts with the lip balm ($3.95). And should we wish to shower our loved ones in lavender, we'll choose from the Animo, Gentleman and Petit-Ange collections.
On to home accents with the Loft collection, featuring linen water ($18.50-$28.50) and room scent ($13.50). To get all of our senses in on the mix, the Cuizine collection tantalized our taste buds with lavender & herb vinaigrette ($10.20), lavender chocolate ($4.80) and lavender honey ($10.20).
And even if we're absolutely tone deaf when it comes to belting out our new tunes, we know that at least our new purchases make perfect scents.
