This new design-district boutique is a veritable treasure trove for all things beautiful and feminine. Unique (wedding-perfect) cocktail dresses, eclectic swimsuits, fun shower-staples like bridesmaid T-shirts – we can find pretty much anything in this one-stop girly shop.
We just have to find a way to get the cobalt blue evening gown from Marc Bouwer-Glamit ($650), a line new to Calgary. In the meantime, we’ll enjoy our pop art-inspired terry-cloth hoodie ($60.50) and pajama sets ($145) by Tepper Jackson.
Our accompanying bride-to-be found exactly what she was looking for – a pair of jaw-dropping Swarovski crystal encrusted heels by Dikuza ($275) for her walk down the aisle. (We just might have to “borrow” those post-nuptials.)
And to top it all off, we discovered our gift find of the year -- vegan Scent of Scandal candles ($21), with tasty scents like honey or chocolate and vanilla.
Prognosis: Utterly original.
