Shopping shouldn’t be stressful. Given the right elements, hitting the stores should be a fun and fairly painless experience.
For us, this means feeling comfortable as soon as we walk in the door. Even if we leave empty handed (OK, it doesn’t happen often), we want to feel like we can browse for hours without feeling rushed. Enter Leigh & Harlow (and you won’t want to leave).
The new Queen West boutique features a great collection of brands (not to mention ultra-flattering lighting) that had us relaxed and ready to try on. First up was a black Ella Moss strapless dress ($225), perfect for late-night patio cocktails. Next, we tried (and fell madly in love with) a Free People midnight blue drop-waist dress ($245). Lastly, we slipped on a gauzy, magenta A-line Trinity dress with ruffle neck and cap sleeve ($69).
Finished playing dress-up, we moved onto denim (Leigh & Harlow is well-stocked). We found Joe’s, William Rast, Paige, Rich & Skinny and People’s Market in all sorts of sizes and styles. Our eyes were quickly drawn to Joe’s Chelsea ($199) which fit like a glove, and Rich & Skinny’s Super skinny ($195).
Stress-free shopping at its finest.
