Paul Hardy is always on my must-attend list so I was happy to see he was showing again this year (he seems to be one of the more elusive designers). Inspired by a recent trip to Uganda, the line was soft and flowing and set to orchestral music. Although some of it wasn't practical to wear, I loved it. Ruffles, crochet leggings and lots of delicate embroidery totally appealed to my dainty side. The looks ranged from pretty skirts and dresses to a fencing vest and military jacket. But all managed to maintain a strong sense of femininity. (Add the fact that the entire line was white and soft cream and you've got a collection that'll be hard to beat in my eyes.)

Hardy's trip has also inspired him to design 'Reversal of Fortune', a moderately priced line that will help empower women in Africa. And will be eco-friendly. (As if I needed another reason to love the guy...)
