Project Runway Canada alum Brandon R. Dwyer delivered a stunning show to a large crowd on the final day of LG Fashion Week. The afternoon audience was treated to a runway filled with A-line bottoms, bubble hems and bat-wing sleeves.
A charmeuse corset top with top stitch detail made its way down the runway just as I heard Jeanne Beker say, “She’s going to need a bigger chest to fill that.” Luckily the same isn't true for the thick, black and white striped knit dress with oversized pockets that immediately made its way to the top of my must-have list.
And I can’t forget the Swarovski crystals! Dwyer completed his show with a silk taffeta bustier with Swarovski crystals and a gathered Georgette striped bottom; the dress sparkled like fairy dust on the runway. After all was said and done, it seems there was only one question on everyone's mind: how can we get that crystal into our closet?
