Brandon Dwyer debuted his new Basch by Brandon label offering body-hugging pieces with ease for the strong, confident woman. Espionage was in the air as models resembling glamorous secret agents strutted down the runway with blonde wigs and dark glittering lips rocking the tough-chick designs. The primarily dark colour palette was accented with rich touches of aqua, deep plum and silver.
Jersey tops and mini dresses looked comfortable and sexy with snap buttons, asymmetry, ruching and stripes adding flattering detail. The jewellery was bold and flashy adding even more edge to the clean designs. Slim-tailored knit dresses in dotted wool and alpaca were favourites with leather inserts and keyhole cutout details adding a contemporary feel. The stunning knit gowns with sheer inserts and gathered chiffon overlays flattered in all the right places and left us wishing and hoping for a befitting occasion to wear the effortless yet glamorous pieces.
