When Marthe Aimé's spring 2011 show began with a piece of bronzed cloth laid out on the runway — we knew it would be different than everything we'd seen so far at LG Fashion Week.
And we were totally right. Structured pieces in staggered cuts showed off the line's individuality. Maintaining their focus on collars, they created new styles with cut-outs and oversized ruffles. Making things interesting were the asymmetrical lines and styled layering, which played peek-a-boo with the layers underneath.
The sheer fabrics and flowing skirts added just the right amount of femininity to the collection making the styles perfect for the flirty aura of spring.
