Marie Saint Pierre at Toronto Fashion Week Spring 2012
Breezy chiffon and a solid colour palette made up
Marie Saint Pierre’s floaty and feminine collection at Toronto Fashion week.
Spectators sipped David's Tea and munched macaroons while mannequins and live models (wearing swim caps!) showed off the Montreal-based designer’s elegant dresses. Her studio-style installation allowed style spotters to get up close and personal with her designs.
While all of her beautifully constructed pieces clung in just the right places, a red floor-length number with elaborate rouched neck detail was the afternoon's standout.
