Ideally we spend an action-packed week eating salads and powering up on protein. But this isn’t ideal, this is TIFF. So while we’re constantly downing candy and caffeine to stay awake (and maybe some champagne in there too), we’re making sure to add in a healthy dose of Ike & Sam’s popcorn. This somewhat hidden gem is keeping us going long after the parties end with its salty-sweet combo (that's not loaded with sodium). And since it’s a four ingredient treat, we don’t even feel bad downing it by the handful.
