Runway Report: Pink Tartan

The first packed show of the season belonged to designer Kim Newport Mimran. Think a sexed up Mad Men (and Betty Draper in a brand new push-up bra) and you'll get the idea. Models took to the runway in everything from retro belted bikinis to striped bustiers, floral dresses, button-down shirts (with awesome oversized cuffs above the elbows),and bright cardigans. We loved the mix of colours and textures with the touch of bold florals here and there. Our standout was the new take on purple (that was almost a fuchsia mix) and a dress covered in oversized poppies that still maintained some edge.
