The inspiration: Always the eager guinea pigs, we tested three new manicure services that are popping up in salons all over the country. Two promise pristine tips for at least two weeks, and a third offers wicked designs (beware, these nails aren't for the faint of heart). We also tested a regular manicure to compare against the new services.
