The inspiration: At 8am we look pretty darn good but by 5pm we look like we've walked through the dessert and back. Primers promise to keep foundation in place while ensuring our skin stays hydrated and glowing, but do they actually work? We tested five, applying the primers to the right side of our face under our foundation in order to compare sides and try to spot the differences.
