The inspiration: We may not be making a teary farewell on The Bachelor anytime soon, but we still recognize the importance of a smudge-proof mascara. Enter the waterproof mascara test lab. Along with evaluating smudging throughout the day, we recreated rainy weather/tear-filled eyes by dousing ourselves with water. Messy? Yes. Conclusive? You bet.
