
There is nothing more nostalgic than the smell of books.
Amanda loves the musty Library variety while Ashleigh prefers new ones fresh off the bookstore shelves. But what’s sad is that a lot of small local bookstores are getting bullied out of business. We have noticed a surge of interesting and unique bookstores around the globe trying to keep it real. Some in our own backyard include:
P. S. Speaking of books, The Society was so excited to recently showcase Shinan Govani’s first novel Boldface Names at a literary salon (held in a secret hotel suite in downtown Toronto!). The book is so much fun and keep an eye out for an upcoming post about the event.
