Happy New Year!
Last year at this time I predicted a year of new projects and boy, was I ever right. And I was able to share lots of them with you via this blog. As I look ahead to what’s in store for 2012, I got to thinking, what were my favourite three stories of 2011?
No, it wasn’t meeting Gordan Ramsay – though that was pretty surreal.
For sure, moving into our new home was a big deal, and we’re still enchanted with our new place. (Though decorating it at a snail’s pace.)
Second on the list has to be learning to ski. I’m looking forward to hitting the slopes this month!
Thirdly, road-tripping it to Kamouraska: I had no idea how beautiful Eastern Quebec could be! Next time (this summer??), I plan to make it as far as Gaspé. (With a night’s rest at the chocolate Bed & Breakfast, bien sûr.)
