The 17-year-old re-tweeted a message from a girl who needs a lung transplant, asking fans to “help spread the word,” which prompted a whopping 565 people to register with The Trillium Gift of Life Network, an organ-donor agency. Normally, it would take three weeks to reach that number. [omg!]

* Rihanna has signed on to do her first television show, a UK-based reality show where burgeoning designers will compete to dress the star. Our girl Rih-Rih also takes on the role of Executive Producer. We hope this gets picked up by a North-American station tout suite. [Huff Post Style Canada]
