Montreal’s yoga community may be a tiny microcosm of enlightened souls, but it plays a major role in our overall well-being.
So we ran to check out the new Mile End studio, Naada, designed to reflect its community, and built with locally sourced materials.
Enjoy drop-in classes ($15), two-hour weekend workshops ($20), or sign up for six-week sessions ($89) to smoothly transition from introductory levels to intermediate. Then unwind in the tea lounge (and appreciate the work of Montreal graffiti-artist Roadsworth).
Our practice has been injected with new modernity, posture by posture (and sip by sip).
