For the few (okay, many) of us who aren't planning a trip to Egypt this winter-that fits right into the fantasy-over-reality section of our To Do list-a trip to an Egyptian-themed spa is about as close to the pyramids we can expect to get.

Next visit, we'll be making time for the Vino Quench ($275), a three hour Vinoterapia body wrap and pedicure combo using, you guessed it, red wine and essential oils.
