This year, the event that we love for its fireworks, ice slides, skating, games and entertainers is letting their creative juices flow into the kitchen. A part of the Air France Wine and Dine Experience, we’re saving the weekend of February 23rd-24th for our tots to play Sous-chef with some highly reputable cooks.
Nadia Boudreau, owner of La Gaudriole, will be teaching the Young Cooks course for 9-14 year olds at her restaurant ($80/food to-go, $90/eat-in). On that same weekend, Jean-Paul Grappe and Christophe Alary will use Quebec ingredients at the Kids in the Kitchen workshop ($10) for 8-12 year olds at the Jean Talon Market.
The best part of all? Someone else gets to clean up their mess.
