With NYE quickly approaching, we’re writing up our list of resolutions and at the top of our list is charity. So we’ve rounded up five worthy kids’ charities to help our cause (but more importantly, theirs).  

Breakfast Clubs of Canada
By providing services and funding to Canada-wide breakfast programs, they served more than 16 million breakfasts during the 2010-2011 school year.

Variety Village
Programs and services have helped improve the quality of life for all people, regardless of their abilities; and have been doing so for 60 years.

Save The Children
A member of Save The Children International, they focus on issues of health and nutrition, education, HIV/AIDS, child protection, livelihoods and food security, emergency relief and child rights governance.

Make-A-Wish Canada
They’ve tirelessly helped make the wishes of Canadian children with life threatening medical conditions come true since the ‘80s.

One of the world’s foremost paediatric health-care institutions, the foundation raises money for its child health research, learning and care.
