As much as we would like to farm the kids out for the weekend, that’s not really an option.
Instead we left the chaos of the city behind to enjoy some clean, country air (with the kids of course). The Jungle Farm ($7 per person) had the whole family whooping it up while checking out the animals, hopping on the wagon ride and getting lost in the bale maze.
With the largest selection of pumpkins in years, we spent considerable time in the patch, taking advantage of fall photo ops and snapping that holiday card photo long before the snow flies (for a change).
With fresh family memories, a home-made pie and a pumpkin in tow, we’re giving thanks a little early this year.
