This is the year we lose those last 10 pounds—really, it is.
Helping us along is The Dailey Method, a non-impact, weight-bearing, hour-long fitness class that stretches our bodies in ways we didn’t think were possible. We love channeling our inner ballerinas while doing barre work, then following up with some targeted floor work.
After each class ($20), every muscle in our body simultaneously thanks and curses us (in a good way). But what we love most is the on-site child-minding ($8 per child), which makes it harder to find excuses to avoid a workout. And when we want to freshen up, the shower room has everything we need, including towels and hairdryers.
No more excuses. Bye-bye muffin top, hello skinny jeans!
