Moms Can Go to the Movies with Babes

Just because we’re pushing a buggy doesn’t mean we can’t catch a blockbuster.

In celebration of its 10th anniversary, Movies for Mommies has launched a second Vancouver location. The Denman Cinema is now host to the city’s best big screen mom and baby event (dads and other caretakers are welcome too).

We love the idea of enjoying the latest (adult) flick in a baby-friendly theatre. Sound levels are turned down, lights are a little brighter and change tables and stroller parking is provided. $10 gets us a ticket, popcorn and a drink.

Running every other Thursday at noon, Movies for Mommies is the perfect cold day activity. We can’t wait to escape into next week’s movie. There are always lots of door prizes and giveaways too.

See you at the movies.
