We always have our eyes peeled for Sweetmamas across this great big country.

So while we might not have previously associated Winnipeg with the latest in kid couture, we found a site that says different. Not for the colour cautious, Small Potatoes online store features everything you need for life with Baby in the most eye-catching fabrics out there. Designed by Holly Clarke, a mother, graphic designer and self-proclaimed textile junkie, the line offers a collection of cotton items in the ultimate mash-up of cute and hip.

We are stocking up on leashes for binkies ($5) and drinkies ($14) to save us from playing fetch. (The tossing game stops being funny after the third time.) We’re upping our fabulous mama quotient with diaper clutches ($19) for those nights when a cumbersome diaper bag just won’t do.

We know you ‘Pegers like to keep mum about your city’s awesomeness, but thankfully this spud’s out of the bag.
