If only we could fit our mom’s group into our pocket. Then when we’d shop, we could check in with our parenting pals to see if anyone else has reviews to offer before making that final purchase. (We love trying products, but there are a few test runs we wish we could have avoided.)
Maybe that’s why we’re jumping for joy over the launch of PTPA Media. It’s like having the know-how of mamas across the country at our fingertips. This online guide to all parent-approved products takes the guess work out of buying the best baby carrier brands (sling or wrap?) or the hottest finds (Spa Baby Tub anyone?). Here’s how it works: Vendors of everything from baby clothing to toys submit their product for review, then PTPA enlists the help of randomly selected parents to give their thumbs up or down. All of the products deemed “exceptional” by the team get awarded on the site (next recipients announced Mar. 31st).
That means less time spent in the returns line at the mall and more time trying our new buys. Sounds good to us.
