We encourage our brood to keep their language clean. But when it comes to us toilet-training mamas, we can't stop the potty mouth. ("Do you need to go now? How about now? We're close to a washroom. Are you sure you don't need to go?")
Wanting so badly to hike the Stanley Park trails, yet terrified of the johnny-free surroundings (or at least one within a pick 'em up and run distance) we turn to the On the Go Potty ($18.99) by Potette. This clever little fold-up-flat potty is durable, but small enough we can slip it into our diaper bag, carryall or large purse (pee pots as arm candy is so 17th century). Unlike our Plan B (you know, the plan that involves running into the bushes and using leaves as toilet paper?), the contour seat and sturdy base is comfortable for wee bottoms.
It even comes with three disposable liners that can absorb up to 150 ml of liquid (not that we're measuring).
